📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed with care within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer reliable shipping across the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the service you choose:

🌍 European Shipping
We are excited to offer shipping to various countries across Europe (including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, and more)!

European Shipping Rates: Your shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier (FedEx or Royal Mail).

FREE European Shipping: We offer FREE shipping to Europe via Royal Mail on orders over £80.

🔍 How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@japanomono.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
